GAO releases five year strategic plan

The Government Accountabily Office often writes reports about how federal agencies can improve programs and processes, but now they’re looking inward.

The congressional watchdog recently released its strategic plan for the next five years.

Helen Hsing is managing director for strategic planning and external liaison at GAO, and tells us how they gathered the information and what’s in the report.
