Professor gives Washington Post series failing grade

We learn why.

We’ve told you about the Washington Post’s two-year, three-part investigation into U.S. classified activities, Top Secret America.

Well, one professor says he would have a tough time giving the piece a passing grade.

Thomas Mahnken is a professor of strategy at the U.S. Naval War College.

He says the authors centered their investigation around a weak thesis.
