January 23, 2013 — This week on “Your Turn”, Carol Bonosaro, president of the Senior Executives Association, joins host Mike Causey to discuss what’s ahead for political appointees and federal workers, as President Obama begins his second term. She talks about how transitions work, and how they impact both political appointees and career civil servants.

In the second half of the show, Federal Times’ reporters Sean Reilly and Steve Losey join Mike to talk about reforms to the Combined Federal Campaign, labor-management forums, and what the second term means for both career feds and political appointees.
