When the Obama administration pushes for transparency, the Securities and Exchange Commission has a challenge.
On the one hand, it deals with sensitive information; on the other, it is its goal to comply with administration directives.
Mark Story describes how they manage to walk this line. He says one way the agency has opened up communication to citizens is through a separate Web site.
