One of the people who created what is now USA.gov is back, with a new idea, this one is @2gov. The goal of the Web site is to let you Tweet whatever problem you may be having and you no longer need to know whether it is a federal, state or local issue @2gov will figure it out and direct your question to the right person.

How does it work? David Binetti is the founder and head of Votizen, which is a collaboration tool for registered voters designed to make civic engagement simpler and more meaningful. And he was there back in the day, more then a decade ago at the dawn of what is now USA.gov, so he seen a lot of development around these issues.

In Federal News Radio’s ongoing Meet the Innovator conversations, Binetti tells us how the idea for @2gov came about.
