Some researchers at Rutgers University say the millions of users of Twitter can be broken down into two types of users; “informers” and “me-formers.”

Mor Naaman an Assistant Professor in the Rutgers School of Communications’ Department of Library and Information Science and Professor Jeffrey Boase from the Rutgers Department of Communication says federal agencies can learn a lesson or two from their study.
