But Web sites can be difficult to design and craft. If done well, that process should involve more then just IT folks.

Tim McLaughlin is President and Founder of Siteworx — a company that actually works with federal agencies to create Web sites.

They have been recognized for creating user-centric Web sites. He says there are some steps each agency can take to be more user friendly.
