World leaders are meeting this week at the United Nations in New York. Certainly the age of the internet must effect diplomacy.

He has just written a report: “Connection Technologies in US Foreign Policy, An Overview of 21st Century Statecraft and Internet Freedom”. He joined Chris Dorobek on The Dorobek Insider where he said the Obama administration has incorporated technology better than any administration prior — they even created an iPhone app.
