The blunder earlier this month from a Secret Service Twitter feed has raised cautionary flags for other feds.

In case you missed the news, one week after the agency activated its Twitter account, someone posted a tweet critical of the Fox news organization.

The Secret Service then apologized for the tweet and said someone with access to the account had posted an “unapproved and inappropriate tweet,” CNN reported.
