The future of U.S. troops in Iraq may be in the balance. U.S. and Iraqi officials are still trying to figure out what to do. The Bush administration is now reviewing proposed changes to the Status of Forces Agreement made by the Iraqi government. While President Bush would like to have an agreement in place by the end of the year, questions remain over whether that deadline can be met. Samuel Brannen, Deputy Director of the International Security Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, and Deputy staff of the Jones Commission, joins us to talk about the likelihood a deal will be passed.
