President Obama has chosen Robert Groves to be the next director of the U.S. Census Bureau. Groves worked for the Census in the past and, if confirmed, will re-enter the agency with less than a year before the decennial census takes place. Martha Farnsworth Riche is a former director of the Census Bureau. She joins us to talk about the Groves nomination.
