Congress is debating a measure that would force companies to offer up to seven days of paid sick leave. And that includes federal contractors. Specifically, this would apply to employers with more than 15 workers. But what effect would this have on government contractors and the agencies that use their services? James Sherk is the Bradley Fellow in Labor Policy at the conservative-leaning Heritage Foundation. He joins us with his analysis.
