Paying for college can create a pile of debt. But for others, their bank accounts won’t be running dry. The post 9/11 GI Bill is giving some military dependents — including spouses and children — the chance to study without the financial burden. Bob Clark is Assistant Director for Accession Policy in the Office of the Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Military Personnel Policy. He joins to discuss how they plan to implement the program.
