Since he was appointed to serve the remainder of Vice President Joe Biden’s Senate term, Senator Ted Kaufman of Delaware has gone to the Senate floor at least once a week to deliver a speech recognizing the work of Federal employees. In honor of Public Service Recognition week, Federal News Radio brings you one of Senator Kaufman’s recent weekly speeches in praise of Federal Workers as part of his Great Federal Employees Initiative.
