The Defense Information Systems Agency has issued a final request for proposals in a contract that could be worth $4.6 billion. The contract is for operational support of the DOD’s Global Information Grid. DISA says it wants to give the award to a single vendor. The agency will issue a second solicitation for engineering, technology and infrastructure functions about a month from now.
