An Energy Department Laboratory remains offline, 10 days after a highly sophisticated hack attack. Energy’s Northwest National Laboratory in Washington state has limited internet access and its website remains down. Government Computer News reports, staff has been working around the clock to restore services since the July 1st attack. Internal email and intranet are back up and running. A lab spokesperson says the rest of it will be restored once the appropriate security patches are in place and the lab can guarantee protection from another attack.
