Lockheed Martin already has cybersecurity centers in the United States and United Kingdom.

Now it’s thinking of cybersecurity down under. The contractor has plans to build a cyber center in Canberra, Australia.

E-SecurityPlanet reports that the NextGen Cyber Innovation and Technology Center is already under construction. It is expected to open in March and will house 200 employees.

Lockheed said the system will run three private clouds and one public cloud. It will be secure to Australia’s “secret” classification level. A soft launch this week gave the company the chance to test the system.
