Packard becomes DISA’s new deputy for procurement

Douglas Packard comes to the job from the Army's Mission and Installation Contracting Command in Fort Eustis, Va.

The Defense Information Systems Agency is getting a new deputy for procurement. Douglas Packard comes to the job from the Army’s Mission and Installation Contracting Command in Fort Eustis, Va. His official title at DISA is vice director for procurement and vice chief for the Defense Information Technology Organization. Packard will work for DISA’s chief of procurement, Kathleen Miller.
