The General Services Administration said it listened and heard the concerns over the way agencies currently buy what for the government is a big ticket item — telecommunications services. So GSA’s draft request for proposals for the next generation telecommunications contract is designed to simplify the process. It’s called Enterprise Integration Solutions (EIS).
