Ralph Khan: Could CDM have helped in the OPM breach?

Homeland Security designed its continuous diagnostics and monitoring system (CDM) to help agencies combat cyber threats. CDM, in theory at least, helps fortify agency networks and lets cyber security staffs diagnose and fix the most pressing problems first. But could it have made a difference in the data breach at the Office of Personnel Management? Cyber expert Ralph Khan, vice president of federal at Tanium, joined Tom Temin on the Federal Drive in studio with some answers.
