With a population of 6 million, Indiana's scale is way smaller than that of the Internal Revenue Service. But the state shows a good strategy for licking the problem of fraudulently obtained refunds. Bob Dittmer, deputy tax commissioner of the Indiana Department of Revenue, tells Federal Drive with Tom Temin the state normally receives about 3.2 million returns.
