Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) says she doesn't take the position lightly, but she thinks it's time for President Barack Obama to effectively fire the chairwoman of the Securities and Exchange Commission. Warren's chief complaint is that SEC chair Mary Jo White has failed to pursue new rules that would require corporations to disclose certain political donations.
