For American Federation of Government Employees Council 220, the world has turned topsy turvey. That’s the group representing about 45,000 Social Security Administration employees. Its official time was cut by 90 percent and is about to be booted from its federal offices. Council President Witold Skwierczynski has taken a drastic personal step to try and hold things together.
