Soldiers and veterans frequently suffer from psychological troubles, either from brain injury or the stresses of battle. Two good pieces of news. The stigma around this problem are falling away. And now, there is a special application, Mood Tracker, that can help those soldiers and veterans manage their moods. We got the story from Dr. Robert Ciulla, chief of the populations and prevention programs division of the Army’s National Center for Telehealth and Technology.
