Five hundred and ninety-nine small businesses have made it onto the new STARS 2 government-wide acquisition contract. But you’re not guaranteed to make money just because your company’s on the contract. Government marketing expert Mark Amtower said most of the companies on STARS 2 won’t do much business with the government.
