A new three-pronged approach to federal acquisition is out from the Administrator of Federal Procurement Policy, Anne Rung. The three prongs are: category management; acquisition, workforce, and talent development; and stronger relationships with vendors. Larry Allen is President of Allen Federal Business Partners.
