Tom Carper (D- Del.) the ranking member of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs committee released his new bill to reform the Postal Service and relieve it of some of its fiscal pressure. The Postal Service continues to run in the red, quarter after quarter and year after year. Dan Blair is the President and CEO of the National Academy of Public Administration and former chairman of the Postal Regulatory Commission.
