Wednesday’s hearing was titled Coordinating Requirements, Budgets, and Acquisition: How Does It Affect Costs and Acquisition Outcomes?

The witness panel included former Defense Secretary Gordon England; retired Admiral Edmund Giambastiani, now Chairman of the Board of Alenia North America; and retired Air Force Lieutenant General Ron Kadish, now a Vice President with Booz Allen Hamilton.
