People are the key to a successful cybersecurity strategy, say experts. The Partnership for Public Service took a look at the Federal cybersecurity workforce, and what they found about the state of the workforce – and its future – are contained in the report “Cyber IN-Security: Strengthening the Federal Cybersecurity Workforce.” Two OMB alumni, Norm Lorentz and Frank Reeder, joined me to talk about the report and how to build a better cybersecurity workforce.
