Today was Volume 5 of the Federal News Radio Book Club. Jim Andrew, one of the authors of “Payback: Reaping the Rewards of Innovation,” joined Chris Dorobeck and Federal Chief Technology Officer Aneesh Chopra to talk about the book, and how the lessons from the book can be applied to public-sector models. Jim talked about the genesis of the book, and what’s in it, and Aneesh talked about making the private-sector models work in a government environment.
