Today was graduation day for about 140 of the Federal government’s finest. They’ve completed the Partnership for Public Service’s Excellence in Government Fellows program. I drilled down deep into the program with Tom Fox, director of the Partnership’s Center for Government Leadership; Jon Seymour, an Excellence in Government Fellows Coach; and Wilmer Graham, Deputy Director Strategic Planning & Evaluation at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, and a Senior Fellow.
