Gordon Adams is Distinguished Fellow for Budgeting for Foreign Affairs and Defense at the Stimson Center and Professor in the U.S. Foreign Policy Program at the School of International Service at American University.
Adams is also the former Associate Director for National Security and International Affairs at the Office of Management and Budget.
