Navy officials cut the ribbon on the $11.2 million Naval Operational Support Center Phoenix at Luke Air Force Base in Glendale, Ariz. on March 30. The facility is the first Navy LEED Platinum building to be built by a small business.
“This modern facility is extraordinarily environmentally friendly to help preserve the scarce financial resources of our country,” said Capt. Michael T. DeWitt, the commanding officer of the center.
