Hayes joined Francis Rose for an interview on Industry Chatter to discuss the ways that agencies can bolster cooperation among vendors, the acquisition office and the program office.

Kimberley Hayes is a recognized industry leader in the development of strategic communications and outreach campaigns with over fifteen years of direct Federal experience. She has successfully crafted internal and external communications and campaigns that have quadrupled projected revenues for global product launches, captured multi-million dollar key accounts for Fortune 500 companies, and redesigned the sales organizations of Federal agencies. Ms. Hayes frequently speaks on procurement and policy issues facing the Federal Small Business Community and on issues in the procurement community relative to the use of small businesses and the small business set-aside program. Ms. Hayes is a 2004 Graduate of the Industry Advisory Council Partner’s Program. She proudly served in the Military Intelligence Corps of the US Army and is a Service-Connected Disabled Veteran.
