Two requests for proposals are out for the General Services Administration’s OASIS contract — one for all contractors and the other for small businesses only. The much-anticipated contract vehicle will provide program management services, management consulting services, logistics services, engineering services, scientific services, and financial services. Jim Ghiloni, director of the OASIS Program Office at GSA, gave Francis the details on the RFPs.
