Bob Brese, chief information officer at the Energy Department, joined Federal News Radio Executive Editor Jason Miller for an online chat Tuesday. During the chat Brese discussed the Energy Department’s latest efforts around cloud, mobility and cybersecurity, among other issues.

He manages the agency’s technology policy, governance and oversight of more than $1.5 billion in annual investments, as well as DOE initiatives around open data, cloud computing and energy efficient IT strategies.
