New safety standards for federal facilities released

Now, just a week before the anniversary of the Oklahoma City bombing, the Committee is releasing two new safety standards.

Sue Armstrong is Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Infrastructure Protection at DHS.

She says the new standards will leverage over a decade of collaboration and research conducted by experts from across government.
