Wall Street Journal reports that overqualified workers may start to look for better jobs they took during a down economy.
In a down economy, job seekers were less picky about their jobs and companies took advantage by hiring “overqualifieds.” Now these same employees are starting to look for “greener pastures,” The Wall Street Journal reports.
Recruiters warn managers that they may see overqualified employees start to leave, although some companies are taking a proactive approach. Google gave all employees a 10 percent pay raise, the Journal reports.
