GOP plan would change agency funding

Politico\'s Jake Sherman explains the House Republican plan on how to fund agencies.

Republican leaders in the House say once they are in control they will push to change how agencies are funded. House Speaker-designate Rep. John Boehner (R-Ohio) has been talking about funding each department separately. Boehner and other Republicans say this would simplify the spending process and increase accountability.
