Earlier this week, the Associated Press reported that health care record software glitches at the Department of Veterans Affairs resulted in glaring errors in some patient medical records. Patients were reportedly given incorrect doses of drugs, and had medical diagnoses switched. No patients were harmed. This afternoon, FederalNewsRadio’s Max Cacas caught up with California Congressman Bob Filner, chairman of the House Veterans Affairs Committee, just outside the House chamber on Capitol Hill.Click to hear the interview.
