The Defense Department gave about 100 Washington, D.C. area high school students a behind the scenes look at the work done at the Pentagon.
The goal is to excite these students to want to work for DoD, or the federal government, after they graduate college.
DoD was one of several agencies to participate in the Chief Information Officer Council’s IT job shadow day. Federal News Radio’s Jason Miller joins us with details of the student’s experience.
