Imagine moving a hospital. That’s what will happen when Walter Reed Army Medical Center shuts down in a few months. The move is part of the Defense Department’s Base Realignment and Closure effort. Debra Edmond the Special Assistant for Civilian Personnel at the Joint Task Force National Capital Region Medical is in charge of the civilian personnel move.
