Could the U.S. strategy to fight ISIL be changing? With the Islamic State continuing to fight in Iraq and Syria, President Barack Obama is huddling with the top U.S. military brass to assess whether their campaign to defeat the extremist group is working. Two months after the U.S. launched airstrikes in Iraq and later expanding to Syria, the group is continuing to gain ground.
