Three hundred fifty U.S. troops are in Liberia according to the Pentagon. They are ready to begin building a 25-bed field hospital for medical workers infected with Ebola. Their work was delayed by a torrential rain on Monday. The virus has taken a heavy toll on health care workers, sickening or killing more than 370 of them Liberia, Guinea and Sierra Leone.
