What’s next for telework and the federal government?

Pay and benefits issues are always important, and Federal News Radio has been telling you a lot about teleworking and alternate work schedules.

Some ideas have been embraced, but others have been met with setbacks.

For instance, the Telework Improvements Act recently failed in the House.

Alan Holmes is the executive editor at NextGov and says part of the problem is the fact that telework isn’t looked at favorably.

He also brings us an update about that laptop that was stolen from a contractor at the Department of Veterans Affairs.
