Navy examines its cyber workforce needs

August 5, 2010 — Federal Security Spotlight this week talks with Chris Kelsall, the director of the Cyber/IT Workforce, in the CIO office of the Department of the Navy.

Kelsall has just completed a review of the cyber/IT workforce needs of the department, including the Navy itself.

He published a strategic plan outlining the requirements for skills and training needed through 2013.

In this program, he discusses the report, how the Navy Department will use it and other cyber issues, and how they are changing.
