Kathleen Sebelius will have to wait a bit longer to take the reigns at the Department of Health and Human Services. The full Senate delayed a vote on her confirmation. That is now likely to happen next week. Donna Shalala, Secretary of Health and Human Services under President Clinton, is now President of the University of Miami. She joins us to talk about the job and the challenges Governor Sebelius could face.
