Saving newspapers for posterity. The National Endowment for the Humanities and the Library of Congress recently celebrated a milestone in their Chronicling America program. The program works to digitize and preserve historic pages of American newspapers. Nadina Gardner is the Director of the Division of Preservation and Access at NEH. She joins us to discuss the digitizing of the program’s one-millionth page.
