For many Americans, phone service is too expensive. Today the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners joins with the FCC to promote National Telephone Discount Lifeline Awareness Week. That’s designed to help more people connect their land-lines. Anne Boyle, who chairs the Association’s Consumer Affairs Committee, joins us with details on the program.
