President Obama is expected to announce his plans for a troop increase in Afghanistan Tuesday night. Military officials expect the number to be somewhere between 30 and 35-thousand troops. Dr. Andrew Krepinevich is the President of the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments, a defense think tank. He joins us to discuss how this increase in troops will affect the military’s overall position.
